You are not “too much” - you’re just not in the right room yet.
I work with high-achieving, emotionally complex adults and couples who are used to being the strong one. The reliable one. The one who holds it all together; often at their own expense. Many of my clients describe feeling emotionally overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from their own needs, even while appearing “fine” on the outside.
If you’ve recently received a diagnosis (like ADHD, Autism, Bipolar, or BPD) or are simply realizing that what used to work isn’t working anymore, therapy can be the space where you finally set it all down.
My approach is collaborative, neurodivergent affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in both clinical skill and genuine human connection. I draw from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) but at the core of my work is seeing you as a whole person, not a set of symptoms.
I’m especially passionate about couples work, particularly where neurodivergence, clinical diagnosis, or cultural difference adds complexity to connection. Conflict doesn’t have to mean disconnection; it can be a doorway to understanding and repair.
I hold a Master of Counselling from City University in Canada and have trained in clinics serving diverse and marginalized communities in Calgary. Clients often describe me as grounded, sincere, and both clinical and compassionate; someone who meets their depth without making them feel small for it.
If you’re ready for therapy that helps you rise without asking you to be less of yourself, I’d be honored to meet you.
